At Baserange, we value the longevity of our garments and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original compostable bags and include all original tags. Ensure the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt. Once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
